If phmines becomes aware that a minor has registered an account or provided personal data, that account will be immediately closed and all associated personal data will be securely deleted. Parents or guardians who believe a minor may have accessed phmines are urged to contact support immediately at the details provided in Section 14.
12. International Data Transfers
The personal data of phmines users is primarily stored and processed within the Philippines. In certain circumstances โ for example, where third-party service providers (such as game providers or cloud infrastructure partners) operate outside the Philippines โ your personal data may be transferred internationally.
