1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phmines online gaming platform, accessible at phmines.win, including all related sub-pages, services, features, games, promotions, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User," "you," or "your") and phmines ("phmines," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the phmines Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person aged at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. This age restriction is a mandatory PAGCOR regulatory requirement applicable to all online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform, unless phmines has expressly confirmed in writing that access from your current jurisdiction is permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of phmines or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or PAGCOR itself.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phmines or mandated by PAGCOR.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

phmines reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Provision of false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on phmines, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account on phmines at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it upon any change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR Know Your Customer requirements and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), phmines requires identity verification before processing withdrawals and may require it at any stage of your account lifecycle. Acceptable identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS or GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Proof of address may also be required.

phmines reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Funds in an account that fails KYC verification may be retained pending investigation and regulatory guidance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phmines account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. phmines will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify phmines support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

phmines accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

The minimum deposit amount at phmines is ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your verification status, payment method, and account standing. phmines reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at phmines are subject to the completion of identity verification in accordance with Section 3.2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, to the same source from which a deposit was made. phmines processes withdrawal requests within the timelines published on the Platform, which are typically 5–30 minutes for GCash and same-day for Philippine bank transfers, subject to system availability.

phmines reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with AMLA reporting requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on phmines are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the payment service provider used and not phmines.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phmines offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus terms applicable across all phmines promotions include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phmines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.
• Free spins are valid for the specified game(s) and duration only. Unused free spins expire on the date specified in the promotion terms.
• phmines reserves the right to decline, withhold, or reclaim any bonus in cases where fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

All games available on the phmines Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers and operate using independently tested and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within individual game information panels.

By placing a wager on phmines, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All gambling outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are final.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the display on your device and the phmines server records, the server records shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phmines Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform while self-excluded or subject to any PAGCOR exclusion order.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any conduct that violates Philippine AMLA provisions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any employee or agent of phmines.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without express written consent from phmines.
• Any conduct that phmines, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive to the Platform or its users.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you are able to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with mandatory break prompts.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phmines does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phmines' total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmines account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phmines' liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

phmines reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account that are not subject to a withholding obligation under these Terms or applicable law will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact phmines support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. phmines will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phmines reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phmines will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. The effective date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.
